Job Description
Job Responsibility
To lead by example and inspired others through effective organization, communication and time management skills.
Ensuring stocks are available at the right level at the right time at sale floors with a key partnership with the Inventory team to achieve Sales budget and KPI's target.
Ensuring in store supporting Online stock processing in a timely manner to be delivered to customers.
Full ownership of all inventory (incoming and outgoing) within the store and ensure all deliveries are processed on the day of arrival to maximize the sale.
Drive positive stock loss results with the team by enforcing company procedures and policies through team development and training.
More focus on the production unit.
Deal with suppliers, shipping, and courier fairly to ensure all production activities smooth.
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Management System or equivalent
Passion for market, competitors and trend awareness
Proven track record of maximizing profitability and driving sale exceeding Sales budget and KPIs
Strong team management experiences especially in customer engagement
Forward planning skills with strong organizational and effective time management also have the ability to plan, delegate and organize others according to prioritization
