Job Responsibilityfoodpanda APAC Central Operations team is looking for an Operations Manager for Vendor Experience Insights . This role will focus on understanding and improving the entire vendor journey for our restaurant (and shops) partners across APAC. What you will do in this role:
-Plan and execute high impact projects targeted at improving the vendor experience
-Study processes and identify opportunities for improvement
-Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results
-Partner with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues
-Serve as a 'PMO' for several cross functional projects
Key requirements for this role:
-Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
-3 to 5 years of experience in a high-impact role in consulting (Big - 4), e-commerce, or other 'fast-paced', 'high-growth' industries
-Strong analytical skills - proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience with SQL will be a huge advantage
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in operations management, process improvement, Lean/ Six-sigma, etc., will be a huge advantage
-Ability to professionally handle stress, and tight deadlines/ high expectations
