Job Responsibility1. The effective management and control of production function (quality, cost & delivery) and operation.
2. Ensures the fulfillment of production targets at acceptable quality and cost.
3. Ensuring all products meet customer specifications and achieve the desired customer satisfaction.
4. Ensures all process in the production area, machinery, and tools, are properly maintained to ensure the safety and efficient running of the workplace.
5. Lead good housekeeping and 5s to promote quality awareness, and a safe working environment, and enhance employee morale.
6. Ensures the proper planning of local and import raw materials, WIP, and Finish Goods are proper stored in the production area is in control.
7. Ensures effective implementation of quality system procedures.
8. Coordinate job status and new project/program requirements throughout the plant.
9. Work with Production Engineering and Maintenance department to resolve bottlenecks, and work stoppages and manage the flow of materials and completion of work.
10. Engage employees and communicate clearly and effectively. Coach, train, develop, council, and mentor all employees, regardless of role, reporting, or function.
11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.
