Job Responsibility

• Develop annual work plans, budgeting, and manpower planning
• Ensure cost-effective service and optimal outcomes are maintained and/or enhanced within budget.
• Lead the team to achieve monthly KPI target.
• Undertakes any other responsibilities as directed by the Management
• Responsible, positive and willing to work under challenging environment.

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in related field
• Possess initiative, drive and self-motivation to persevere and make things happen.
• Strong skills in leadership, decision-making and people management.
• Skillful in reporting and data analysis.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
