Job ResponsibilityResponsibility and Authority
o Coordinate and communication with all sub con and supplier - included phone call and email feedback.
o Entry daily sub con order into system and do arrangement accordingly outgoing and incoming.
o Monitor, support development of team. Suggest ways to improve efficiency & sustainability.
o Handling of secondary schedule.
o Inventory tracking for Customer assigned by superior.
o PPNC Meeting minutes update and filling
o Supplier and Sub Con OTD analysis.
o Customer OTD analysis (Only Customer assigned by Superior)
o Perform any other adhoc task assigned by superior.
Requirement
o To be professional, presentable, responsible and self-discipline.
o Excellent communication skills and to be courteous
o Good attitude and willing to learn
o Good mathematical ability
o Commitment to deadlines
o Problem solving skills
o Able to work independent with minimum supervision.
o Knowledge on system (Preciworks)
o Proficient on computer skills especially MS-Excel
o Training requirement with superior if found necessary.
