Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION
o Maintain close rapport and cordial working relationship with clients and ensuring the service provided is high quality and professional standard.
o Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
o Preparation and timely submission of tenders for Portal Rasmi ePerolehan Kerajaan Malaysia and others private companies.
o Prepare invoice to clients including debit notes and credit notes timely.
o Manage processes and prepare documents related to foreign worker security guards employment permit such as permit application,transfer and endorsement, permit cancellation,checkout memo and FOMEMA medical.
o Maintaining files & organizing company records.
o To support superior in managing day to day security operation.
o To manage and responsible for effectiveness of all security personnel on daily security operation (e.g. warehouse security, movement of goods & loss prevention activities).
o To conduct other general security, administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field
o Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English
o Possess own transport
o Must be independent with strong willingness to learn.
o Ability to multitask, strong in organizational & administrative skills and can work under pressure.
o Willing to work over time and travel to on-site
o Fresh Graduate with Degree are encourage to apply
