Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
o Responsible for all administrative and documentation activities related to bulk/packed LPG and ensure plant activities are carried out in accordance with the Worksite Operations manual (WOM).
o Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all activities in ERP system.
o To assist Operations Executive to reconcile daily and monthly stocks and maintain proper stock records physically and in ERP system.
o Compile leakers return records from customers and submit to Operations Executive.
o To compile yellow copies and other documents related to deliveries/return from customers.
o To assist Operations Executive to keep track on consumables records.
o To record and update details pertaining to cylinder repainting and exchange.
o To coordinate with sales related to delivery orders and further follow up with pre-plan.
o To assist Operations Execution/Loading Master during vessel discharge.
o To coordinate with HSSE Executive to ensure plant workers adhere to HSSE requirements
o To carry out any other duties as assigned by Plant Manager
Required experience and qualifications:
o Diploma in Operations Management or Engineering with at least 3 years' experience in Operations/Manufacturing environment.
o Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and proficient in English & Malay language.
o Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
o Good team player, fast leaner and self-motivated
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power point) and Google web products (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
o Applicants must be willing to work at Northport Terminal, Port Klang, Selangor ( 6 days work: Monday - Saturday).
