Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions:
1)To support in the organizing, scheduling and reporting of the trucking operations in an organization
2)To support communication activities in follow-up and updates with prospective customers, drivers and workshop panel
3)Work in a blended role of operations in a collaborative office environment including admin and finance
4)Work closely with superior to arrange shipment schedule and ensure customers receive it by a specific date
5)Explain products or services and answer questions from customers if required
6)To performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
Requirements:
1)Minimum of 1 year experience in clerical works or within the transportation and trucking industry
2)Hold atleast SPM or equivalent in any fields including business, business with languages, computing, economics, information systems, management, science and transport, distribution or transportation related field
Key Skills:
1) Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
2) Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
3) Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to take initiative
4) Effective time management and organizational skills
