Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:-
1. Handling the import export activity and documentation including coordinating the customer bookings with shipping liner, negotiating freight charges, coordinate with consignee for delivery, track and trace cargo, trucking, transportation and storage.
2. Ensure the shipping process and documentation are comply to the current legislation and regulations.
3. Ensure the customers' service requests, enquiries and complaints are attended promptly.
Assist to resolve the customer's problems, complaints, within own level authority, investigate till up to resolution or escalate to concerned parties to expedite the actions.
4. Ensure the accuracy of import export Customs clearance documentation using the EDI data entry is in conformance with the Customs regulations.
5. Assist to manage the documentation accuracy such as HS Code, duty, tax computation and exemption for smooth Custom cargo clearance activity and timely distribution to customers.
6. Assist to handling matters related issues such as DG, ZB, BG drawback, COO and import-export temporary procedures ATA, Carnet, BG and etc.
7. Timely distributions to customers including documentation effectiveness for smooth operations.
8. Compliance to all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business activity.
Requirement:-
1. Diploma in any related Logistics industry or Minimum SPM with Experience for 1 year.
2. Knowledge in handling the logistic industry, import export operations, customer services, custom declaration, forklift and warehousing is an advantage added value.
3. Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with customers, government officers and suppliers.
4. Motivated to learn new skills and knowledge.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
