Job Responsibility1. Attend customer general inquiries related to the company's services via inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media platform and other sources
2. Follow up the conversation, instant messaging within schedule
3. Supporting promotional activities, road shows, exhibitions, health seminars, talk
4. Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
5. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
6. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback/complaints.
7. Proposes new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns
