1. Constant communication with drivers: on-site and online registration in Maxim mobile app, solving work related issues, balance top-up;
2. Participation in weekly promotional and branding campaigns outside the office (distribution of advertising material (flyers, business cards, etc.), communication with potential partners of the company, activation of promo codes);
3. Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online / via phone / on-site);
4. Service quality tracking.
- Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field;
- Fluent English, knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is also preferred;
- Sales / Marketing background;
- Strong negotiation skills, accountability;
- Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems and to adapt to a fast paced environment and new marketplace dynamics;
- Experience working under targets and KPI.

- 2500 MYR (net) for the start, after 3 months probation - 3000 MYR (net), annual increase depending on the branch results;
