Job Responsibility

• Monitor e-commerce platforms and social media platforms for counterfeit products,
• Collect information that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the brand owner and initiate a complaint,
• Protect the rights and interests of the brand;
• Use internal system to process related data and information to create case report
• Cooperate and communicate with the company's foreign teams to jointly handle online brand protection tasks;
• Co-operate with online team from other offices, communicate and assist to complete the task

Job Requirements

• Understand the development of the Internet, and have certain e-commerce knowledge; Internet/technology savvy, especially in e-commerce development
• Work proactively, conscientiously and responsible, and have the patience to deal with trivial work content;
• Initiative, responsible, and patient to handle tasks assigned
• Good customer service awareness and strong communication and coordination skills
• Good customer service and communication skill (both in English and Mandarin)
• Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, etc.;
• Will provide training to applicants who have no experience but have a good attitude and are interested in this role
