Job ResponsibilityOn-Site Nurse will assist to maintain a healthy work environment, manage the workplace first aid room, beside provide required medical assistance and care to staff and community of workplace.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide basic medical assessment and consultation to staff of workplace.
- Provide immediate emergency medical response and management to the sicked and injured at workplace.
- Ensure continuity of patient care and appropriate follow-up and referral if needed.
- Manage medical supplies inventories in First Aid Room and workplace.
- Maintain medical records of occupational injuries and illnesses To assist in workplace safety and heath initiatives.
Secondary responsibilites:
- Being an ambulance nurse, responding to emergency ambulance call, perform non-emergency patient transport, critical care transport, under online and offline medical direction by Medical Director.
- Provide prehospital emergency care to the sick and injured including advanced life support intervention, on site and enroute to hospital.
- Up to date in knowledge and skills, actively enhance self capability and participate in clinical and non-clinical training including continuous medical education (CME).
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board and valid Annual Practising Certificates (APC) as State Registered Nurse
- Preferably with relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, high discipline, responsible, passionate on collaborative teamwork, able to work independently
- Adaptable to change, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Possess valid driving license (D)
