Job ResponsibilityMaking and maintaining daily inventory entries.
Checking for any discrepancy in records and reporting to the supervising authority.
Maintaining records for reviews and annual reports.
Proper maintenance of all records for audit purposes.
Proper filing hardcopy records and upkeep / backup softcopy files / system data.
To review documents such as production schedules, work orders etc. in order to understand the latest
scheduling information.
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by superior or company management.
