Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o To perform and organize the general administrative duties including attending to stakeholder's inquiries.
o To communicate with internal and external stakeholders and conduct administrative arrangement punctually and accurately.
o To coordinate and handle documentation of the import and export businesses for palm oils products and cacao products, sugar, dairy, shrimp and so on.
o In-charges of issuance and checking of contract, arrangement of shipping documents with suppliers and customers.
o To assist in SAP/MUGEN system data entry for payment/reimbursement and business plan reporting.
o To record and monitor functions by following the internal rule and guideline.
o To support market research for Wellness, ICT & Development industries.
o To assist traders to smoothen the businesses.
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent.
o Candidate with working experience in logistics and/or shipments is preferable.
o Possess enough experience to negotiate/corporate with suppliers, customers.
o Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.
o Proficient in spoken and written English.
o Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
o Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
o Possess an ethical mind, positive attitude, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
o Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
