Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks, understanding and achieving expectations.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and consumer
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, briefing notes and correspondence materials.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
  • Tracking the progress of projects and communicating with team members as needed.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance.
  • Coordinating company meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants.
  • Assisting the manager with operational issues.
  • Performed other tasks assign by manager.

Job Requirements
  • Fresh Diploma holders are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good in both verbal and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in related field are preferred.
  • A relevant certificate may be required.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel when required.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on various projects in different phases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
