Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Arrange delivery and check order
  • Stock check
  • Other reasonable tasks provided

Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least diploma / degree
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to accept 6 working days
