Job Description
Job Responsibility
To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
Recording documents flow and filing
Billing and invoicing
Arrange delivery and check order
Stock check
Other reasonable tasks provided
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least diploma / degree
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
