Provides office administration support .
To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone inquiries quickly and professionally.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Able to work under pressure and handle confidential matters.
Able to work independently and multi task.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least DIPLOMA level.
Candidates must have own transport.
Required skill (s): Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Computer Literate
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
