Job Description


Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:


To monitor manpower contract utilization prior to hiring and prepare consolidated monthly report of hiring forecast.
To validate hiring request against supplied document i.e., project information (SOW/SP) vs approval obtained, budget availability, resource contract durations and man-days.
To manage pre-onboarding activities i.e., requirement gathering and candidate matching, CV sourcing, interview, offer/acceptance letter with vendor and candidate create engagement order in internal system for approval.
To coordinate resources on boarding i.e., create access to organization's system i.e., organization account, email, and notebook, arrange briefing session on project process and time writing, physical access to the company premises.
To facilitated resource early release or/and exit checklist process completion.
To consolidate and prepare budget utilization and forecast report on weekly or monthly basis.
To perform purchasing activity to vendor including PR/PO creation, services / product delivery validation, payment confirmation and accrual activities.
To perform billing activities to Business including services completion document issuance, follow-up on billing acceptance and accrual activities.
To perform cost recovery/back charging activities including data consolidation, submission, recovery monitoring and reporting.
Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
Required skill/Experience:


Minimum Diploma in any related field
Has at least 2 years of experience in handling project admin, support, and services role such as creating and maintaining accurate, organized, and complete project files, monitoring, and tracking of tasks, preparing progress reports, facilitate project meetings, monitoring and managing invoices and payments.
Basic knowledge of software applications & computer
Familiar with most Microsoft Office Tools platform
Work location within Kelang valley or Kuala Lumpur city center.
Flexible to travel (light).
