Job ResponsibilityAdministrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel; carrying out clerical duties; coordinating and managing appointments and meetings; performing bookkeeping tasks, maintaining general office files; purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture; and also performing other relevant duties when needed.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma in business, administration, or a related field.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- 2 or more years' office administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer as well.
- Possess own transport.
