Job Responsibility

• To handle daily administrative of front desk duties which includes emails, mails, and all incoming calls.
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a bubbly smile and a positive helpful attitude
• Manage daily postal, courier services delivery, and pick-up arrangements.
• Manage payment collection that should be submitted to relevant departments.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• To assist in daily administrative matters and clerical duties
• To provide efficient support for administration processes
• Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Assist colleagues and to undertake ad hoc duties assigned as and when required

Job Requirements

• Prefer who can speak in Mandarin
• Able to work overtime
• At least age 21-26 years old
• Non-smoker & Non-alcoholic
• Good communication skill
• Team player, always take initiative and able to work under a pressure environment
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
