Job Responsibility? Coordinate management and administration at the Operating Theatre/CSSD area accordingly towards efficient clinical operations.
? Plan, direct and managing of any protocols related to Operating Theatre/CSSD to ensure correct services is delivered to the patient.
? Plan and conduct continuing nursing education for staff to enhance their nursing care, and clinical and non-clinical skill.
? Motivate, develop and train staff to maintain the necessary and required skill to enhance service level continuously.
? Provide safety and clinical safety policy are being followed by staff to ensure patient safety and staff welfare is taken care of.
? Manage and plan on the budget so that will achieve cost-effectiveness for the hospital.
? Manage and ensure enough manpower is provided for OT/CSSD for daily operations.
? Ensure equipment is in good condition at all times in order to protect patient safety.
? Performs other appropriate tasks and duties within the realm of the employee's knowledge, skills and abilities.
