Job Responsibility1. Maintains staff education and training records
2. Assists the Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing and clinical leaders with setting education
and training strategy
3. Assists with the development of budget and resources for nursing and allied-health
education
4. Liaises with external education and training resources
5. Any other duties as assigned by the DON
6. State Registered Nurse recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board
7. Bachelor in Nursing Science qualification
8. Post Basic Certificate in an applicable patient care area preferred / rehabilitation
9. BLS / ACLS with instructor level preferred
10. Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
11.Teaching methodology / Educator specialist training with certification preferred
12. MSc in Nursing preferred (or equivalent Masters in Education/Healthcare related field)
