Job ResponsibilityResponsible for the entire recruitment life cycle in collaboration with business to meet the recruitment needs effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement staffing strategies in alignment with business directions.
? Drive the entire recruitment cycle from creating a potential pool of candidates, interview & selection, onboarding.
? Work closely with business to ensure success of new hires and a high retention rate.
? Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career postings/site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the right candidates.
? Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing skills.
? Take ownership of recruitment targets.
? Able to support Asia Pacific hiring.
Experiences/Knowledge
o 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience with an MNC or shared service environment.
o Experience with volume recruitment.
o Experience in the same industry will be advantageous.
o Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
o Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word.
