Responsible for remote and onsite technical support to resolve ticket raise by customer.
Job Responsibilities
? Understand customer network/security implementation and requirement technically.
? Technical issue analysis, troubleshooting and consultation for customer.
? Manage customer expectation correctly.
? Perform changes or workaround for any technical issue.
? Document daily task and compile for sharing with teammates.
? Responsible as escalation point for major support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
from time to time.
? Travel to customer premise to perform the task.
? Undertake other job function as and when assigned from time to time
Education and Skills Requirements
? Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing and Switching protocols.
? Related certificate in routing/switching/security products.
? A strong problem solver with out of the box thinking, you will be self-motivated to find
answers.
? Strong communication skills, not afraid to ask for help and bounce ideas off peers.
