Job ResponsibilityNDT Operator must have a strong NDT knowledge and good skill of doing NDT practically. Need to clear the client Mock-ups.
Good Knowledge & experience in reading the drawing.
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection.
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
Checking of NDT Reports, NDT maps etc.
Maintain and follow up of Equipment calibration, accessories and calibration blocks maintenance monitoring.
Preparation of calibration blocks, mock-up blocks, Training blocks by closely working with Level 3 and Production.
Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles.
Actively participate in client investigations, Quality & safety initiatives etc.
Strict adherence to HSE regulations.
Instruct and supervise subcontractor technicians and monitor/site Audit (crosscheck) their competency.
Organize and report test results, maintain the records for crosscheck, Field Monitoring reports, RFI controlling etc.
Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management.
