Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Provide timely support to customers through chats and emails.
  • Handle customer’s concerns positively and professionally.
  • Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.
  • Maintains and improves quality of service by giving recommendations.
  • Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills.
  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
  • Adhere to the policies set by the company.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Language(s) Required: Native Japanese & Intermediate English (Reading, Speaking & Writing Skill)
  • Candidate possesses a minimum of 6 year(s) working experience is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in Email or Chat Support will be an added advantage.
  • The person who is good at documents checking and realizing small mistakes on the documents.
  • Excellent in terms of coordination skills, written correspondence, MS office/ Outlook etc.
  • Applicants must have good soft skills.
  • Pleasant and approachable personality.
  • Willing to work with 24 hours rotational shift (5 rotational workdays per week including weekend and public holiday. 2 days off)
  • Candidate must to start work on 27th July (Working From Home in Japan)
  • Candidate must have no issue to be based at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (Selangor, Malaysia), working abroad in Malaysia after November 2020.
