Job Description
Job Responsibility
Mainly focus on Instagram branding (optimize layout, propose posting that is fit with the company's image and products)
Assist manager and lead the design team with producing artworks based on tasks or superior requirements
Ability to work independently as well as being able to work cooperatively with a variety of groups including colleagues and business partners on design and creation of visual contents
Ability to involve in brainstorming to propose creative ideas for marketing and advertising campaigns
Create high quality contents and generate new and innovative ideas by collaborating with the design team, utilizing personal creativity, skills and experience
Constantly trains and supervises junior members, conveying advanced skills
Design graphics and animations for company marketing projects (promotion poster, banners, digital marketing artwork, advertisement, website content and social media platforms)
Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
Have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Have experience on social media design/ product branding design (especially Instagram)
Someone who is active on Instagram and familiar its trend
Languages required: English and Bahasa Malaysia (basic in verbal & written). Mandarin is an added advantage
Ability to produce under pressure and management of timeline and production
Understands tools and strategies (eg. brochures/ catalogue) used in marketing communications development and message design, content, format, execution of strategy and evaluation of communication effectiveness
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Freepik and etc
Characteristics required: Leadership skill, ambitious, hardworking, creative, details-oriented and enthusiastic about excellent design
Immediate starter or those who have short notice will be prioritized
