Job Responsibility

• Passionate in video shooting & video editing job.
  
• Be naturally creative and imaginative.
• Able to understand well what are the trending clips and propose to apply according to company need.
• A good eye for design details and composition with a keen sense of aesthetic trends.
• Able to understand objectives of the brief and work as a team to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to contribute concepts and idea to execute motion graphics and visual effects.
• Be a team player and able to work closely with team leader develop concept, design and storyboards.
• Be organized, positive attitude, self-motivated and good working behavior.
• Able to work flexible and work outstation for shooting projects.
• Understand what appeals to different target audiences.
• Be a strong and persuasive communicator. (especially with multiracial team members)
• Be comfortable presenting to audiences, including senior personnel.
• Opportunity to work on challenging projects, able to accept work out of your comfort zone.
• Accept criticism and be able to work positively.
• Be flexible and willing to adapt design ideas to meet technical criteria.
• Look into details and is able to work independently with minimal supervision, is proactive and creative.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator & Animate CC)
• Know how to work smart and able to approach different kind of resources.
• Able to edit short clips and deliver in short amount of time.
• Basic 3D Maya & 3D modelling skills is a plus. Responsible for offline & online video editing to support the marketing department.
• Self-management makes sure the project assigned is on track.
