Job Responsibilityo Taking off quantities and site measurement.
o Acquiring quotations from suppliers / contractors and assessment of quotations.
o Preparing sub-contractor's payment certificates.
o Assisting in material procurement and material schedule control.
o Preparation of monthly progress claims.
o Evaluation on the claims (work done & variations), quotation of subcontractors/main contract.
o Verification and preparation of sub-con claim.
o Monitoring of project cost.
o To prepare monthly financial statement.
o Preparation of final measurement & account upon the completion of the works.
o Calling tender, evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation and procurement support.
o Prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractors/suppliers.
o To attend all project meetings and site meetings, if necessary.
o Keeping the updating the documentation and filling.
