Job Responsibilityo Plan and implement mould maintenance according to schedule.
o Ensure all moulds are in good condition such as cleanliness, label and functioning through daily inspection.
o Repairing and improvement activities for mould.
o Monitor and identify problematic mould for repair and improvement.
o Coordinate with QC personnel on product quality confirmations and issues.
o Complete and submit reports on time.
o Any other duties as and when directed by Superior.
REQUIREMENTS
o Minimum SPM, SPMV, SKM or Diploma in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical) or equivalent.
o At least 2 year(s) of working experience in plastic injection moulding.
o Good knowledge of injection moulding in plastic in term of follow up and trouble shooting.
o Computer literate with MS Office skills.
o Good communication, leadership, and interaction skills.
o Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
