Job Responsibilityi. To oversee the development and maintenance of websites to ensure user data's integrity;
ii. To communicate with related parties on ongoing projects especially on mobile application to ensure completion of task within planned schedule;
iii. Carry out research on new technologies;
iv. Prepare technical and business documentation, and to ensure all project documents/codes are properly managed and follow procedures for process improvement;
v. Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs /applications and efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues;
vi. Involve in writing, coding, testing, and analysing software programs, Database design, database scripting, store procedure, mobile apps and software applications;
vii. Ensure software or application quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security and ease of maintenance;
viii. Assist on IT team members to be competent to support Fastrexs towards digitalization needs and software used by Fastrexs is properly maintained and kept up to date to support Fastrexs operations effectively and efficiently;
ix. Ensure highest level of software application / mobile app availability by troubleshooting, diagnose, respond and resolve software related problem;
x. Designing, developing, testing and deploy new software to support business requirements and providing application support and change management for existing application;
xi. Participate in innovation and implementing emerging technologies in the various application platforms;
xii. Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance on data centre equipment, network, system infra related hardware and software;
xiii. Install new software products for end users as and when required and continuously perform system/network performance tuning on periodic basis;
xiv. Assist and/or develop in company's website, system, application and related including maintenance, troubleshoot, update, upgrade and so on;
xv. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team to identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures; and
xvi. Carry out any other duties as assigned and given by Superior and the management.
