Job ResponsibilityEssentials Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT infrastructure/operations
- support to internal users.
- Provide support for Hardware, desktop/laptop
- applications software e.g. Microsoft Office, antivirus and etc - network and security applications.
- Configuration of IT Workstation and Equipment
- including desktops/PCs, laptops,printer and mobile device. - Manage & maintain company CCTV, door access,
- handpunch and telephone system.
- Provide prompt end-user support on ERP modules - business applications.
- Maintain and up to date IT hardware and software inventory. - Provide random audit user desktops/PC for illegal software.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements Educations:
1) Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent Experiences:
1) Fresh Grade Skills:
1) Knowledge of Windows, LAN & WAN
2) Able to work independently with minimum supervision 3) Must be self-motivated, independent
4) Ability to work outside normal office hours on occasions.
