Job Responsibilityo Sourcing and buying of new related products to maximize sales and maintain optimal inventory
o Liaise with suppliers on promotional activities and prompt delivery of stocks.
o Negotiate with vendors regarding terms, conditions and margins to create competitive edge
o Analyze performance of stock and promotions to determine effectiveness of the product assortment and promotion strategy to drive market share
o Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department, assist to plan promotional activities merchandise according to line master plans
o Work closely with the stores and vendors on all replenishment activities, product range, promotions mechanics, pricing, and aging stocks
o To conduct market survey & visit competitors constantly for current market trend analysis and customer preferences
o Assist in the setting up of new stores and major fairs/ events
Requirements:
o SPM graduates with 2 years working experience/ Diploma Holder in any discipline/ Degree holder in any discipline
o Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
o Self-motivated, a team player with a positive working attitude
o Keen interest in retail and enjoy meeting people
o Able to work in fast pace environment & within tight timelines when required
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Preferably candidates with own transport for travelling
