Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management
- Ensure stock level is healthy and sufficient for allocation, replenishment and consolidation purposes.
- Monitor sales performance of boutiques, outlets and counters to propose repeat orders for sellable products and markdown for slow moving items.
- Issue Purchase Order and Packing List; Verify Delivery Order and Invoice.

2. Marketing / Sales Management
- Update sales activities (promotions / markdown) via system.
- Monitor and achieve sales forecast and YOY sales growth.
- Communicate and liaise with Marketing & Retail Operations for better understanding of market demands to ease stock management.

3. Reporting & Analyzing
- Analyze sales by Boutique, Counter, Promotion, Category & Size.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report.

4. Others
- Store visit to view stock level and display whenever necessary.
- Keep abreast of the latest trend in fashion industry to ease product merchandising and planning.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
- Min. of 2 years of working experience in fashion related industry
- Possess own transport and willing travel if needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
