Job ResponsibilityTo support buyer or manager with providing analytical, reports, operational, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets and providing administrative/ and clerical support:-
1. To assist 3 to 4 buyers on clerical work and filings,
2. Creating PO, contact with vendors on follow up tasks as instructed by buyers.
3. Merchandising on selling floor when necessary.
4. Good with technical skill to finish analysis on data for the buyers monthly.
5. Collate general office paper work on reports weekly e.g. vendors sales analysis report and others.
6. Constantly monitor inventory, sales target, margin and profit for the assigned portfolio.
7. Perform all administrative duties relevant to the department.
8. To liaise with key departments on planning and organizing promotion activities/events.
9. Establish strong business partnership through negotiation and coordination with suppliers
10. To conduct periodic review on brand's performance.
11. Others duties and responsibilities will be amended from time to time accordingly with the Approval from Management.
