Job Responsibility
- Sales result oriented-monitoring and support merchandiser on department sales performance (by month/quarterly/by store/by category)
- To design, set up, manage and review planogram of department
- Weekly ordering for items-to ensure no OOS happened
- Supplier management: coordinator between store & supplier
- Event management, supplier stock delivery, and store display way & execution
- Providing reports and data for merchandising team
- Monthly review on supplier delivery rate and inventory
- Sales review & improvements, purchasing and closing inventory
- Contract term filing
- 3C analysis, competitor survey, new product & category survey
