Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities / What you'll be doing?
- You'll be responsible for the financial aspects of fast track Interior Fit-Out Project, working closely with Project Director, Construction Manager, Commercial lead, Procurement Manager, clients and consultants.
- Pre-tender / pre-contract submissions and documentation.
- Attend if necessary, chair meetings with the client, consultant, QS, architect, supplier and sub-contractor.
- Budget control, preparation of progress claims, VO, VE and additional works quotation, finalization of accounts for Clients as well as contractors.
- To build up a strong and diverse database of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain a healthy rewarding relationship with them.
- Source and identify potential sub-contractor / supplier based on project requirement.
- Preserving strict confidentiality pertaining to the details of all prospective, ongoing and completed projects of the Company, especially regarding margins and tendered rates.
Job Requirements- Candidate should possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor.
- Candidate should have at least 1-2 years related working experience in Interior Quantity Surveying.
- A solid commercial awareness - maintain strong client relationships, deliver quality and fully aligned to company values.
- A proactive, diligent and forward-thinking approach.
- Excellent communication skills - you're someone who can get your point across in a positive, honest and constructive way
