Responsible for the administration of patients' medical records.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set-up new folders for patients' registration
Maintain a patient master index for tracing of file registration numbers
Record, track and deleting patients' active and non-active folders
Coach and guide staff in the maintenance of medical records, including ICD coding
Maintain all records, data and statistics of the department
Perform other duties as required by the Head of Department
