Job description
Ensure the production of accurate, reliable and precise quality results for all laboratory tests carried on patients in a professional manner
Review standard operating procedures from time to time and to recommend amendments as and when required
Ensure preventive maintenance programs are carried out at periodic intervals and whenever necessary
Process laboratory data and statistics for research and record purposes and to use as quality improvement tools
Check and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure their functional capability at all times
Participate in continuing educational program
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
