Job ResponsibilityPerform regular preventive maintenance on building, machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Manage preventive measures and breakdown maintenance for all M&E systems (Electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lift & etc)
Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with the least disruption to the business operations with appropriate scheduling, action plans and safety concerns
Coordinate with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion in managing the M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time
Determine replacement, repair and maintenance needs
Knowledge in Total Preventive Maintenance
