Job Description
-To prepare technical report for M&E projects, such as incident Report, Trouble Shooting Technical Reports, testing & commissioning report, upgrading
-Direct involvement of the project mobilization whenever new project is assigned
-Carry out site inspection of M&E system, especially HVAC, to meet the design of the system installation, maintenance and also repair activities
-Analyze HVAC Systems and equipment when necessary
-Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirement, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility and implementation of new HVAC equipment
-To Prepare BQ, scope of work, recommendation for any upgrading or modification work required at sites with cost & timeline.
