Job Responsibilityo Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities and monitor effectiveness
o To oversee daily machine breakdown and take necessary action to elimate reoccurrence
o Troubleshoot machine's fault and rectify issues
o Supervise and guide mechanical fitters to ensure quality work output
o Optimize spare part requirement with optimal inventory cost
o Identify and implement improvement to reduce downtime and prolong equipment lifespan
o Manage maintenance records for ISO9001 & ISO14001
Job Requirement:
o Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
o Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance as mechanical engineer
o Strong technical knowledge, analytical & problem-solving skill
o Understand machinery principle eg. Hydraulic machines, Ball mill, agitator, pumps etc
o Hands-on and able to lead by example
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Good computer skills and MS office applications
