Job Description
Job Responsibility
-To involve in M&E Costing, design and site implementation
-Day-to-day project planning and implementation
-Monitor M&E works to ensure compliance with budget and time-line
-Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation and on-time delivery of the project
-Assist Manager to establish maintenance strategies to commission equipment.
-Supervising the equipment's daily operations. Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, tools, and other items used in manufacturing processes.
-Develop a maintenance plan and procedure for equipment to ensure that it stays in good working condition over time
-Arrange techinician for the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems. Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
-Conducting research on new technology or techniques that may be applied in the workplace.
-Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.
-Be responsible for training of maintenance personnel to improve competency.
-Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering/ Electrical engineering or related field (Diploma can be extended to excellent candidates)
-Familiar with electrical equipment maintenance, repair procedures and standards
-Proficient in office software, Auto CAD,able to prepare electrical drawings, PLC control principles and other cartographic programming software;
-Strong theoretical knowledge and practical work experience, have a certain understanding of the professional work
-Possess minimum 3-5 year of working experience as a M&E Engineer would be a strong advantage. .
-Proficient in CHI,ENG,BM is a Must
-Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.
