Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
To formulate and implement manufacturing plan to support company objectives.
To design and plan the layout on machineries and molding fabrication.
To verify, approve the drawings on our product for the production line and specification etc. Drawings, plasma cutting plan arrangement for the production
To organize the production management structure, procedure, job responsibilities and functions of subordinates: draughtsman & mechanical engineers.
To monitor and report on quality and activities on periodically basis with data analysis of the source of contributing factors for the achievement.
To propose and recommend on plant improvement, alternate solution for the problem encountered etc.,
To coordinate, implement and maintain the company's quality management system in accordance to our quality requirement.
To lead a mechanical team with respective job scope and responsibilities.
To support the project manager for completion of works or projects.
Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering AND 5+ years of experience in product development
Experience with mechanical designs involving steel
Knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor required; Strong understanding of CAD standards
Basic understanding of electrical systems as related to machinery fabrication solutions. Efficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and the internet
Strong and effective organizational, analytical, time and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities with a degree of autonomy and integrity
Self-motivated and ability to work without constant supervision
Positive attitude, detail oriented, exemplary attendance, punctual, highly organized, flexible, quick learner, self-starter and reliable team member
Ability to manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities o Solid and current understanding of engineering technical issues/needs, drafting and sales as related to product design
Public speaking and presentation skills, Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences
