Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handling of incoming call and email from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
Attend to customer concerns via email or other designated portals.
Provide accurate information and analyzing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform sell and service and inform customer of deals and promotions
Job Requirements
Proficient in English and Bahasa (both spoken & written)
Candidate must possess at least 3 months of customer service / call-center / front desk or any relevant experience.
Must be able to work on 24 hoursrotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 8th March and 15th March 2021)
Have no issue to work based at Cyberjaya, KL
At least an SPM holder
Possess own transport
