Job Description
Job Responsibility
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers globally
Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates globally
Convey key messages with clarity to develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Strong ability and capability to influence cross-functional teams and agencies
Track and analyse the performance of existing KOLs & affiliate channels through a data-driven approach, and consequently optimize and achieve commercial objectives
Manage payments and communications (eDM, Telegram etc.) with KOLs or affiliate partners
Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content, working with the performance marketing team and developing strategic influencer marketing and engagement strategy to achieve affiliate KPIs
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Job Requirements
Degree holders with 3+ years of experience in a financial service or fintech company, with proven experience in KOL & affiliate management.
Possesses prior experience in the FinTech industry and has a strong understanding of economic fundamentals
Prior experience in sales and/or Customer Success experience
Business-fluent in the English language, including but not limited to writing, proofreading, and speaking
Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in verbal or written form.
Strong verbal delivery and communication skills in conveying key messages according to the audience
A working knowledge of major social media channels, including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Ability to work independently, pay attention to details, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Sales-driven and self-motivating to achieve set monthly goals
Fast learner and a team player
Possesses existing KOLs network connections is a plus
Prior experience working for start-ups is a plus
