Job Responsibility- Create print and digital content to showcase our products or services
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content, develop content that accurately reflects company's ideas
- Creative writing, producing content for company marketing platforms, such as website, social media and news letters
- To research on the material needed to write article/product description/presentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and social medias
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Position: Marketing Operations (Specialize in Account Management)
Location: Jalan Imbi, KL
- Possess a Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, New Media, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in the relevant field with experience in creating strategy writing for multiple platforms, content creation and also community management.
- Experience in delivering Marketing campaigns, for both paid and non-paid media.
- Experience with major social media management platforms and analytic tools.
- A good understanding of social media advertising, social listening platforms and knowledge of Google SEO/SEM. Know the concept behind CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPM (Cost Per Mile), CPV (Cost Per View), CPC (Cost Per Click) and how IT works.
- Creative, able to produce innovative and original ideas, attention to details, self- motivated, adaptable to a fast pace work environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Good time and project management skills to engage with our partnership collaboration & clients.
