Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o To proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers/students to promote University programmes & services
o Aggressively using appropriate sales tools/script, product knowledge provided and communications skills, to generate sales and customer interest over sales calls
o To carry flexible and creative in dealing with customer especially in handling and performing proper documentation & recording information to support daily telemarketing work task.
o Manage all focus sales leads that are being assigned with proper and high closure rate for all sales calls
o Ensure the assigned all sales targets assigned are met or exceeded.
o Daily preparation for schedule sales calls, follow up and proactive corresponding with all support party in good time management.
Requirements:
o Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field
o Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience
o Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers over phone call conversation.
o Strong persuasiveness skill, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills are needed.
o Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
