Job Description
Job Responsibility
Manage new product launches and existing product mix to achieve business targets
Work with distributors/retailers/ecommerce on campaigns, marketing calendar, promotion to achieve business targets
Development of marketing collaterals/in-store materials for online/offline channels
Manage social media content and influencers to grow brand equity
Drive sales growth for both online and offline channels.
Responsible for online/offline advertising, promotion events, PR campaign, in store, social media.
To promote and advertise product through online platform- FB, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and other ecommerce.
To update and managing all e-commerce and social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Official Website, You tube and etc.
Planning and creation of promotion strategy (combined with online and offline) and materials
Increase business opportunities through various routes to market segment.
To organize, planning, execute of marketing activities.
Oversee social media strategies for better brand visibility, exposures and sales conversion.
To gather field and market intelligence of the Beauty products in order to initiate appropriate recommendations to marketing strategy plan and improve the products' competitiveness.
To generate, edit, publish and share content daily at FB & Instagram.
To conduct project analysis, market survey, feedback on market need and latest trend in the market.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Preferably 2 ~ 5 year(s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing is required for this position, preferably in Beauty industry or equivalent.
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Slides, Google Doc, Video editing and AI or Photoshop.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to do posting design with Photoshop software &/or multimedia software is an advantage.
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Good teamwork skill, strong interpersonal and communication skill, network ability, adaptability, good organization and planning skill, creative writing skill and commercial awareness
Video editing skill (will be an advantage) but not necessary
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skill.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
